This park is a great place to come with family and friends. It has two playground areas, multiple large green spaces, and wooded trails along Sewell Mill Creek. It is well maintained with many mature trees offering lots of shade.

- Shade: Partially shaded by trees
- Seating: Picnic tables at nearby Pavilion #2
Outdoor Stage/Amphitheater – Reservable
Pavilion #1 – located next to the main playground
- Includes: Grills, lights, outlets, a water spigot, and multiple picnic tables – reservable
Pavilion #2 – located next to the upper playground
- Includes: Grills, lights, outlets, and numerous picnic tables – reservable
3 Smaller pavilions – located behind the amphitheater
- Includes: It has a grill and water spigot – not reservable (first-come-first-serve)
