Park Description

Standing Peachtree Park, a Nature Preserve with a rich history, offers a stone pavilion and brief wooded paths. Positioned by Peachtree Creek, it also houses The Atlanta River Intake facility, which operates along the Chattahoochee River.

Walking/Running – Short nature trail

  • Finding the trail entrance might be a bit tricky. Once you’re inside the park, go past the pavilion and through the open gate. Follow the concrete path that branches off to the left, and walk into the woods shortly after you see the ‘Don’t Drive Beyond This Point’ sign.
